GLENVIEW, IL – Today we are sharing that Anesa Chaibi, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), informed us of her decision to leave Optimas effective October 18, 2019, for personal reasons.

Over the past few years, Anesa has led significant change throughout the company and created a strong culture of mutual respect, collaboration and innovation with employees, customers and our supply partners.

Fortunately, with the strong backing of our ownership group, Optimas has immediate access to leadership for a seamless transition. Effective October 18, 2019, TJ Rosengarth will step in as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). TJ brings over 30 years of leadership experience in global industrial businesses serving in various executive, operations and manufacturing roles. Most recently, he served as the CEO for Northwest Hardwoods, a global provider of hardwood lumber products.

With a solid board, strong senior management team and exceptional financial backing, Optimas continues to be well-positioned for future growth. We remain committed to our customers, our suppliers and the communities we serve.
